VISAKHAPATNAM: A woman killed her railway employee husband by hitting him on the head with an iron rod on Friday. Lakshmipuram of Pendurthi areaa location outside of Port City due to family disputes.
The deceased was identified as 47 years old Kilari Nageswara Rao of Dondaparthi in the city and the accused was identified as his wife Jagadeswari of Nidadavolu.
According to the police, Nageswara Rao marriage Jagadeeswari two years ago and they are blessed with two children aged 18 years and 14 years. Nageswara Rao bought a house at Lakshmipuram and his family has been living there for years.
A woman and a man develop misunderstandings and get into arguments. Jagadeeswari filed a complaint at the Disha police station a year and a half ago in association with her husband’s relatives. They have been living separately for the past few months. He was forced to pay alimony.
To discuss the issue, Nageswara Rao came to Lakshmipuram on Wednesday evening around 11:30 pm. A woman and her husband had an argument and Nageswara Rao threatened his wife to kill her. Jagadeswari threw chili powder on him and immediately left the place. But the accused chased him with an iron rod and hit him on the head. Pendurthi police are investigating the case.
