Jamshedpur, 23 January: Tata Metal’s Iron and Manganese ore mine in Odisha has bagged 12 awards within the twenty fourth week of Environmental Mining and Conservation of Minerals

(MEMC), 2022-23 which was held below the auspices of Bureau of Mines of India (IBM), Bhubaneswar area in Bhubaneswar on Sunday. Tata Metal’s Joda East Iron Ore Mine obtained 1st

prize in Mineral Conservation, 2nd in General Efficiency and third in Sustainable Improvement within the Group-1 class. Equally, the Khondbond Iron and Manganese mine received 2nd

place in Mineral Conservation and third place in Mineral Utilization. As well as, Tata Metal’s Katamati Iron Mine received 2nd place in Environmental Monitoring. In Group-4, the
