Assam CM laid the foundation for Govt Law College in Jorhat | Mousy News
In a major breakthrough to strengthen the educational infrastructure, the Government of Assam today laid the foundations for the Government College of Law, Jorhat in Kaliapani.
Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma stated that the financial amount was Rs 14.74 Crore. He added that the law university will be completed in 2 years. The northeastern state will
also take a hit with the creation of nine more Law Colleges. Meanwhile, under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, 3k High Schools will be upgraded to Senior High Schools in
