Tickets for Week 2 of the 2022 FIVB Nations League (VNL) Volleyball Tournament hosted by the Philippines in June will go on sale starting next month.
The Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) on Friday said spectators can start buying their tickets starting April 18 with the Araneta Coliseum expected to serve fans at full capacity due to the less stringent health and safety procedures.
PNVF President Ramon “Tats” Suzara said: “We anticipate the return of world-class volleyball in the country and we are confident that once the pandemic is over, fans will enjoy the matches. “.
Match tickets are pegged at P2,000 for Courtside seats, P1,500 for Sponsor A, P1,000 for Sponsor B, P500 for Lower Box, P200 for Upper and P100 for General Admission .
Late last year, VNL, one of the most prestigious volleyball tournaments in the world, announced that it would stop in the Philippines.
Week 2 of the women’s top-level preliminary round will take place from June 14 to 19, and after a day off, week 2 of the men’s billiards will take place from June 21 to 26.
The Philippines will host teams from the United States, China, Japan, Russia, Belgium, Poland, Thailand and Canada for the women’s category.
Meanwhile, teams from Japan, France, Russia, Slovenia, Argentina, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands will compete in the men’s category.
