Jamshedpur, 19 Dec: Jamshedpur Women’s University (JWU) student Aditi Kumari has been shortlisted for next year’s Republic Day parade. He will represent Bihar and Jharkhand at the event. He paid a courtesy call to Deputy Principal Professor Dr Anjila Gupta who congratulated him on his selection and wished him success in the Best Cadet Competition during Republic Day. He also issued a directive to make special provisions for Aditi’s studies and tuition fees.

“It is a matter of pride for the university as Aditi is a cadet from NCC Directorate of Bihar and Jharkhand who will be taking part in the Best Cadet competition during the R-Day parade. He will be competing against the best cadets from 17 different directorates from across the country,” said VC.

VC commends Jharkhand NCC 37th Battalion Commander Sanjay Shandilya and other officials for training Aditi professionally for the parade and contest. Currently Aditi is preparing for R-Day at a camp in Patna.
