James F. Holland Memorial Park Splash Pad is closed in the fall of 2021 because the rubber pad surface is deteriorating, becoming a safety hazard. The aim is to complete all repairs during the off-season to reopen in the spring of 2022.

While some repair work has been done to the structures, the surface repair of the rubber cushion is not yet complete. The City of Palm Coast is working with all parties including design architects and contractors to determine future next steps.
