Despite the heavy defeat in the 2019 elections, TDP won four seats in Vishakapatnam city.
But Vasupalli Ganesh, Vizag South MLA left the party and ended up in YSR Congress camp. However, the MLA seems to be feeling the pain in the party.
Today he resigned from the YSR Congress holding the Vishakapatnam South constituency.
He sent his resignation letter to Regional Coordinator YV Subba Reddy.
Ganesh is not on good terms with Sitanraju Sudhakar, the head of the Brahmin Corporation.
Ganesh openly expressed his displeasure over Sitanraju’s non-performance in the constituency by obstructing the nomination of MP Vijayasaireddy.
If this is any indication, Ganesh may leave the YSR Congress and return to TDP before the 2019 elections.
Vasupalli represented the Vishakapatnam South constituency twice in 2014 and 2019 on a TDP ticket. He fought in 2009 but lost.
