Visakhapatnam: A 24-year-old woman caused a disturbance on the beach road at the YMCA last Wednesday night under the influence of alcohol and ganja. He abused the villagers and attacked an assistant sub-inspector, Satyanarayana. He attacked a young man, who tried to stop him from kicking the police, with a beer bottle. He had pain under the left eye.
The woman shouted and used abusive language against the police and residents gathered in the area. The police arrested him and conducted a breathalyzer test on him. The meter showed a reading of 149 points indicating the woman was under the influence of alcohol.
There are three local police officers K Rama Rao told TOI that she was a criminal. He created a ruckus twice before and the police warned him and sent him home. But this time, the woman attacked the police and injured a young man.
Due to complaints from residents and the ASIthe police register a case and produce the woman before the court.
